Text of Complaint by Siddharth kumar:

ordered a Imported shoe rack (6 layers) on Ekart Shifto (shopperzone.com) and was delivered to me on 16th December 2023 . On opening the packet found that it was entirely different shoes rack had ordered and thus placed a return request and I mailed to the contact support no reply from them and the product is also not being taken back order tracking I’d was – STOC9000642963 and it was delivered through ekart delivery
