I have checked the Sodexo account and still the refund has not been credited. Please note down the details of purchases made with date and time and receipt ID.

Please note that amount mentioned in Sl no 3 has been reversed and co-incidentally the amount of Rs. 1319.26 exactly matches to purchase made under Sl no 2. Your representatives are getting confused . it was just a sheer coincidence that 2 purchases( one on 28/8/21 and another on 31/3/21) were made of amount Rs. 1319.26 and one amount was reversed on 31/8/21. Emails of refund of Rs 1319.26 on 31/8/21 is also attached. Whereas purchase made on 28/8/21 of Rs 1319.26 has not yet been reversed. Email with receipt no details is attached.
