I have order washing machine from Amazon India and
I have received LG1207ADL/2021 Washing machine. But after unboxing the product I saw these seems to be used product because it has so many dark spots on the front display as you can see in the picture. after few second I have contacted to Amazon customer care but they denied to return the product saying we don’t have the return policy for this product that means Amazon has done Fraud with customer because they are not in a position to return the item.That means Amazon knew these things these happens regularly so they should take proper action on them or they should have cancelled the lincenced.Amazon customer care told me to contact LG customer care so I cantacted them they lodge my complaint but they are not sure about the product return.even they are not cleared about it what is the policy. So LG customer care told me to contact Amazon India because you purchased the product from there.Thats means they both are playing in between and playing with customer harassment nothing else.
