Text of Complaint by Guilherme:

On the 26/07/20. I’ve ordered from Restaurant Chin Chin through Zomato app. My order took 2 hours and counting without any warnings from the restaurant. They already set my order as “delivered” and all I’ve got are empty promises from both Zomato and Chin Chin that my order is coming in 5 minutes and it’s been 30 minutes like this. I asked for a refund as no order was delivered and all I’ve got is “can’t refund as the order is already prepared” and it was not delivered, but paid.
