I had ordered 2 dosa and 2 idli from New Madras Cafe. Neeraj, Zomato person neither came home nor gave me a phone call but he cancelled the order after an hour as he was unable to deliver.He reported my phone was not reachable,I don’t understand why he has to call?Address and location is tagged.Just because the order was a paid one,they behave like this .Neither my order was delivered nor 200 rs were refunded.
