I ordered an Indi chicken tikka pizza from Domino’s but after waiting more than 40-45 minutes we found that there is no movement in delivery details and no information of order. I contacted swiggy Customer support to check on my order, they told me that the Domino’s is uncontactable. We tried there number but it was switched off and swiggy supper asked me to check with them regarding the order. We placed and order with swiggy and it’s there work to check for us and if their vendor is not responsible then they should refund our money. But they want us to contact Domino’s and speak to them for the order instead any help from swiggy support. I need a legal action against them and i want my money back.
