I have ordered some sweets from kanti sweets Bangalore….delivery boy first called for delivery but later did not responded our calls and did not delivered our order….ur chat support first said to arrange a conference call with the delivery person…but after few minutes…said that I should write a review about the issue….they can’t help…Now I lost my money also as it was a pre paid order. This is the worst experience anyone can have ….u really need to improve ur customer care service…..this was my first, last and worst experience with zomato…..thrives
