M/s Future Jobs, Gujarat Consultancies and JobSearch.net- be careful from this 3 terms if you come over anytime in your life. I too got involved with this fraud resume filling company but worry not, if things are real you immediately get affected. 600 resumes to be filled in 7 days with an accuracy of 90% i.e. 540 resumes to be correct. I completed the task but only one field was made mistake by me where it is asked to fill in highest education, and there I just entered B.Tech or MTech or whatsoever but it was told to enter the course as well. Similarly all 600 resumes had this same mistake by me and nothing else. The company says that a huge loss has been done but does huge loss take place if the resume is to be read by some genuine well educated people and where the highest education is written in short, and those short terms are accepted throughout the world. I asked them for another 24 hours to clear it out but they declined. When asked who did the quality check they said that it goes through a server, if that was so why wasn’t I informed about it so that they could have done that check and told me on the 6th day, yes I have completed the work in 5 days. But they waited till the 7th day to end. Lets come to the money part, 5900 (search for various other complaints and this figure is changing) was the damage done for my one single mistake throughout, they also said something about 15k if I fail to pay them the earlier amount. Some calls, greeting them as advocates, also started coming to me to clear out the damage done. But wait a tensed mind leads to wrong steps. I told my mother about the problem and she said not to pay. Then I started analyzing certain things :-

  1. Registration done, after that only I was able to see the agreement. It clearly states that once you have registered and agreement was done you couldn’t have backed off as they would have said to wait for 7 days or pay the damage or whatsoever.
  2. The sign made by the first party I noticed the first letter was a bit dark, if it was such a big company and the person was responsible and trained and he often does signatures he could have done it at one go but the alphabet was a bit shifted.
  3. In the entire agreement many mistakes were present such as my names first initial was small letter, some text had this question marks, there was also a 6th point missing after 5th point and directly jumped to 7. The points headings till 5th were written in bold whereas 7th was in casual writing.
  4. When asked about bank details, I noticed account number started with alphabet and digit both and it was just about 6 figures long, account numbers hold numbers around 12 or 13 digits only no alphabets. Also when searched for the ifsc code it was showing Delhi location.
  5. The agreement is tilted at a certain angle, maybe the bottom left corner consist of some watermark and if the company was genuine they could have afforded a scanner to scan properly, barcode provided doesn’t work also
  6. 225 four point VIP road Surat, search this directly in your browser and you will get answer your answer.
  7. There was this call that came to me so-called-advocate he said that Aadhar card will be blocked, come to Gujarat to unblock it. Well an advocate doesn’t even know that blocking and unblocking of Aadhar card can be done online.
  8. If the work and agreement was really true resolution would have been brought in true human spirit rather than take the fraudulent step.
  9. This scenario thus clearly brings a conclusion for me and others out there that never  go for easy money that too through online, online jobs are sometimes true but don’t be in a hurry and also ignore them if you have fallen in a trap.
  10. One more solid point I missed out, if they were really legal I wouldn’t have received mail in lousy, simple conversation style. The mail also states that they paid money on my behave, if the company was to pay money on my behave they should have said about it at the very start, getting this information would have helped me to come to a direct conclusion- I am in search of job and not to pay money and have a job which pays me.
