i had order so many items from amazon , not a single item i have received from there side and i have tried so many time to contact amazon but there is no reply from there sid and in faat they have blocked by in their account and in the customer service mail also , so please help me to file a complaint against them, my family is irritating me a lot by saying that when we will get the refund but the amazon is not doing anything, in fact i can’t reaching them not getting any responsive reply from there side
