I ordered food on 1st Jan 2021 at 8.45pm, it was expected to be delivered at 9.30 pm. When i didn’t received th4 food, i called restaurant they said it will take another 30-40 mins. Later I called them again after 30 mins, same story from their side. After waiting for 2 and half hrs i was fed up. Later i got msg that food was delivered, but i never received any order. Instantly i drop an email to their customer service, i received an automated email stating they will reply between 24 to 48 hrs. Today is 6th Jan, no reply from their side, i mail them daily, but no response. Tried chat support too, but they said they can’t help. I am fed up of their service. Seems like i need to beg for my own money. They have horrible customer service.
