Ordered Gold and Diamond ring order id-OD11384741974367600 from flipkart in October 2018. On the product page the description it is written that the weight of the ring is 3.41gm but after one month before the event for which it is ordered product got delivered but the weight of received ring was 2.53gm, this is a very big fraud by the flipkart and seller PC jeweller.this ring is ordered for the very special event of engagement. this was very sad moment for me. after that i raise the replacement request then they accepted but the repacement date was 1 month after the delivery, but on 22 dec 2018 before the delivery my order got cancelled by flipkart. then i again request flipkart for the replacement, they agan approve the replacement but in this time they firstly picked my ring on 28dec2018 and ensured me that they will definitely deliver product by or before 15 jan 2019, but on 14jan2019 my order got cancelled again. I called from 10th of jan 2019 everyday that why my order is not shipped till now but they are only make fool of me by fake promises and giving fake assurance of delivery on or before 15 jan 2019. I have all the call recording and mail where they are saying that product will definitely delivered by 15 jan 2019. After around 4 months of wait what I got is only money blocking of Rs 19936. Fraud of sending less wight to me. This is definitely a mental harassment for me. I called more than 50 times for this particular item and waited for the resolution for 4 months. I want my Ring with Weight 3.41gm as mentioned in the description not a refund after 4 months.
