Airtel enforcing unlimited recharge on prepaid sim. Though i have balance in prepaid connection. I’m unable to do out going calls and threatening to bar incoming calls in 15 days gap.
Purpose of prepaid lifetime connection is violated by making such enforcement on users.
Why should customer do unlimited recharges capped to limited days when they are not willing?
Requesting TRAI or concerned department to take necessary action and support consumers.
