1. The Driver was at the wrong address to deliver the order.
2. The Customer was waiting in front of the delivery address for 10+ minutes.
3. The Driver cancelled the order (stating it was declined by the customer).
4. The Customer managed to seek out the driver in the back streets.
5. The Driver refused to handover the food order for delivery to the Customer.
6. The Zomato Customer Services totally unhelpful to help end resolve the matter.
7. The Customer charged for an order not delivered & Zomato refused any refund.
