On 25th November I ordered food from zomato with proper address mentioned, which is also reflecting on their order confirmation page.
the restaurant was just 5 min away from the delivery area, but still it was making late. when i called the delivery man he was very reluctant and said he will be late.
after sometimes i received a call from customer care who told myorder has been canceled and i will not receive any refund.
i asked the reason, the guy informed the address is wrong. This was hilarious as it is my residence address and I was making the call from there.
I made several requests but no attention was given.
I wrote to zomato customer care several times but their reply is same, address is wrong.
kindly help me
