Today i placed an order(71392427177) and the order got cancelled as the delivery guy mentioned that he called me but no one picked call, while i didnt reacieve any call. And also i got charged for 250 rs cancellation fees. And this is 2nd time i have faced this issue. And when i did a complain through mail. The executive reverts me that it was a fault by side that i didnt picked called that i s why i was charged fee and nothing can be done now. And now when i searched online about it i found that most of the complain where related to cancellation fee. Now i realise that swiggy has come up with free income solution. They are fraud.
