Dear Madam/ Sir,
I am writing to draw your kind attention towards the cheating done to me by Flipkart. I have booked a phone on Flipkart on 2nd of October against the exchange of a old phone. The delivery guys come and after their assessment they offer a lower value which i simply denay and offer money. But they cancel the order in place of deliverying the item. After that i told the same story to customer care people, but inplace of doing any help they just given wrong commitments and has not helped me yet.
