Below is my complaint against Zomato
- My order id is 1918045833 Hi Zomato Team,
I have been charged for my previous order from my Simpl account for Rs. 1303.90, which I did not cancel and selected the option of I still need help before confirming to cancel and in between your delivery agent called me saying that my order has been canceled from restaurant and my Simpl account has charged me for that amount which should be credited back. Because I placed another order after that for which I paid again for same amount and your team vc says money will not be refunded. It means if someone wants to treat a set of people in that case the order might be arrround 5-10k and if it’s cancelled even by mistake, then you gonna take their entire money without giving the food. I also tried to call your helpline no. 011-30806376, which is not responding only takes through IVR and 8375073452 does not exist. Is this the service you provide to the customer in case of service failures? Really disappointed.
