I applied to port my SIM card from vodafone to Airtel on 23rd July 2019, the porting process usually takes 1 week.. The new sim i took of airtel i also recharged it with 295 Rs

. After more than a week the number still isn’t ported to Airtel and i contacted Vodafone.. they said they made an error in recording my details and I have to do the whole process all over again..

The default was on their part and they didn’t even bother calling me to tell that porting request has been cancelled..

My whole 10 days have been wasted as i did not recharge my existing vodafone number as it was due to be ported to Airtel. Now I have to wait another 1 week to get this crap sorted. They dont even regret the inconvenience they cause just because they want to keep a customer in their company against their will

I also don’t believe it was an error, it was simply done intentionally so that I recharge my vodafone number again so i have to use it for another week before before my new request will get processed..

This is utter bullshit and unprofessionalism by these goons…

Please Please take some action
