- I had placed a prepaid order in zomato on 13th Aug to deliver at my home from Dunlop Hotel and Restaurant.
- The delivery status showed cancelled and restaurant phone switched off. The delivery was handled by zomato.
- The zomato support guys did not agree to help us inspite of separate emails and also did not share the contact details of their support manager.
- Zomato support clearly said there is no refund on cancelled order.
- Order ID as per zomato : 2078322366
