I didn’t get my prepaid order

I am writing to report a defect with the Vaku Luxos Sonair earpods that I recently ordered Order VK2600533481
Unfortunately, the unit I received is not functioning correctly. I am experiencing the following issues:
– The earpods are not charging properly.
– The left earbud discharges very quickly.
– The sound quality in the right earbud is poor.
I asked for their response but they’ve not responded anytime sooner. Kindly help me to get my refund
