I have recharged my Airtel prepaid mobile ( Karnataka – Bangalore number) for 498 rupees ( 90days locla +STD unlimited ) using Paytm app.
But, I haven’t got the correct plan. Airtel customer care told the plan plan 498 doesn’t exists paytm displayed wrong plan details. I lost my money.
I have recharged with rupees 498 as displayed by paytm app, why paytm app displayed wrong plan. If your paytm software to pull plan list wrongly then it is not customer problem.
I have raised 24X7 paytm support, but it is useless to follow up from last one month.
This team simply ask circle name and closes the ticket. I need solution for online fraud by paytm. I can’t reach them by phone.
I haven’t got my money back, they are just simply closing the ticket.
They are not having proper software no customer support employees to answer for queries.
Not able to reach paytm employees for clarification on my issue.
