Text of Complaint by Shyamal Kumar Das:

  1. Received very worse and damaged product (Earphone) from Paytm mall. First danaged One replaced but 2nd time also very much damaged product received. 2times called paytm customer care but not received any respond.  Now my replace /refund request also rejected by paytm mall.
