I have ordered 3pcs shirts of rs. 1099/- from thebigmall.co.in . I received the ordered on 9.2.20 by Delivery Courier Service Company. I accepted the parcel from the delivery boy without any checking and i paid the money to him.When i unboxed the parcel i got 3pcs very cheap quality shirts.Even the designs are not same as shown in the picture in their website.I called the delivery boy within 10mins and told him to return the money but he refused me.I have tried to contact thebigmall.co.in through mail many times but it’s showing “address not found “.Even they don’t have any customer care contact no. They cheated on me.I want the actual product or else i want my money back.Please help.Waiting for your early response.
