Online purchase of men’s wear.
I had placed an order at Theluckymen for three combo shirts and made an online payment of Rs.1099/- on January 5, 2020 through my ICICI credit card to PAYUMN. I received a message on the same day stating that ýour payment (Id-294513013) of Rs.1099/- for Ankit Jain is successful and for any queries on your payment visit http://pmny.in/FI6L8HEhtoCj
But till date I have not received any delivery of the item which I had ordered and prepaid. Now, when I contacted the customer care (8252794679) on 15-1-2020, I was asked to contact today but when I tried calling there was no response. Further, a person from customer care (contact No.+916291450713) asked for the details of my payment and said that the order is cancelled by me. When I informed him that I have not cancelled the order instead I am waiting for the same. He then asked me for my credit card number to refund the amount and I only told the card number. He then asked for CVV number which I refused to tell and he asked me for several times the CVV number stating that he would be refunding my amount. I refused to disclose my CVV number and told him that if he continues to ask me then I will lodge a compalint against him as it is a fraudulent transaction. He then disconnected the phone.
