On 12th Oct 2019 i ordered 2 pair of shoes online on PayTM website. On 17th only one shoe was delivered. I raised a complaint on 18th Oct regarding same as site showed both delivered. Order no was 9440013936 for both orders as ordered simultaneously. On 18th j raised a complaint with Paytm regarding same with complaint id 143415364. They have just been giving me dates and failing to resolve it asking silly questions. Its been 10 days now and no outcome. PayTM is just trying to delay the whole resolution so i leave following up. Please help
