I had ordered a product from paytm which was plastic door cabinet but due to its defectiveness i had to return it, so the courier boy came on 13.10.2019 and picked up my product which was for return to paytm and handed over the slip of same thing ie plastic cabinet for bathroom. After few days ie on 16th of October i got my money back to my bank account for the same product. The same day i ordered a sports shoes from tennishub.in (other company site )of around 4000rs but due to size problem i had to return the same to that company for exchange, so i was waiting for that company to pick it up. After two days ie on 18th of october in the evening time i got a call from paytm no and the courier boy told me sir do you have any pickup return, that time i was out somewhere, was not at home so i thought that courier boy is from tennishub.in who has come to pickup my shoes so i told him that yeah i do have a return. Then he asked me what is that and i told him its a shoes. So he said ok i will be at your door withing few minutes please come outside, then i said i am out now u can collect it from my home as my mom and wife will be at home. Then he hang up the call. After 5 minutes that courier boy called me once again and said mai aple ghar ke bahar hu product leliya hai then i told him slip dedena app ghar pe and he said yes dediya and he hang up the call once again. Just after he left my home my wife called me up saying that he took my shoes and handed over the slip of paytm. I was shocked and asked her to send me the picture of slip,when i saw the slip it was the same slip which i got it on 13th of october for the plastic cabinet return, only the difference was the date and traciing no. And rest all the things was same. That slip was also from paytm but as my mom is not literate so she couldnt read the slip. When i came to house i saw the cc camera footage and found that the courier boy who came to picked up the product on 13th oct was the same person who took my shoes from my house by giving the bathroom plastic cabinet slip. I tried calling on the same no from which he called me up but as it was paytm company no so i couldnt get connected. Then immediately i raised a query on paytm and stated everything and spoke to the paytm executive many times but nothing happened. They only keep saying that it will be resolved soon.. soon and soon.. then finally they gave me 27th October deadline that my query will be solved by the end of 27th of October 2019 but stil nothing happened yet and i dont know where my shoes is. Whether that courier person took away or whether its in the hand of paytm. The courier boy was from delhivery. Please help me, because of all this my shoes pickup has been rejected as they have attempted for pickup 3 times and i am in loss now. Kindly contact me if you need any more details 9854408097.
