I placed an order for a mobile phone on the merchant’s website. I have since discovered that the merchant is fraudulent. They provided false contact information that belongs to an unrelated company and they have stopped all communication. No goods have been dispatched.
I have already filed a formal complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and attached the acknowledgement with No:20204260022442.
