I have booked ticket from Chennai to Varanasi on 8Apr paid 10696/- on Travolook website, after money has detected someone from Travolook asked to pay 2500/- for fare difference but I didn’t paid and asked to cancelled the ticket. For that they charged 3500/- i admitted. Then they sent ticket cancelled mail and refund amount Rs7196/- but still now amount hadn’t received after 3 more reminder mail sent from my side they didn’t respond too. Earlier they sent mail stated that refund amount will be paid within 7 -10 working days but now actual working days gone 25.

I booked my Indigo 6E – 6493 ticket (REF238747258) from Ahmedabad (AMD) to Varanasi (VNS) and ticket booked through Travolook.com on April 4th 2021. The total amount of INR 3631 got deducted and my tickets were cancelled by Travel look Agency. After complain raised on Travolook.com but refund amount not done till now.
I hv also facing same problem since last 2 months. I was booked my ticket on 6th April 2021.
