Reg : Service Grievance  from last 3 month.

Sir,

As per above matter, we are very unsatisfied with your service related issues.

Our Corporate account no 1377791033 and from last 6 years. but i regret to inform you that nowadays i am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network reception. The handset’s network indicator shows full signal but i cannot make a clear phone call. This unwanted obstruction posing lots of inconvenience for me.

Due to your service issue, we had incurred a loss of 1 Cr in our business; we lost our many orders and clients ,as you must aware that Due to this COVID situation doing business is very tough and in this midst if we suffer from this issue in business loss, then How to survive ?

This is really unexpected that nowadays, why service issues are being occurred?

After the mature, every company is in competition and should be very much keen to their customer, that they don’t switchover regardless of any issues.   Their services must be better to keep intact their customers.

In this situation, i would request you to take necessary actions to resolve this problem and try to make my financial loss which has been incurred due to aforesaid issues with immediate effect.
