i booked a ride on 19 nov 2022 at 02:09 PMstanding near bhikha ji cama palace metro station and as shown in figures it costed me around 113 INR . there is an option in ola app in which we can pay even after the ride starts so i payed through phonepe and amount deducted was 532 INR . I wrote so many emails i gave them everything they needed and they keep saying that I’ll get my money within 7-8 business days but its been more than 2 months and I’m done with them i decided to file a complaint
