I took a ola ride and the drivers vehicle broke down half way and ride was ended but I was charged for full amount even though ride was incomplete and I tried to raise complaints and what not but ola is just not helping. Now that I have not paid them money and asked them to rectify the mistake then I will pay so these guys are instead of responding to my mails and request are threatening me of things that they will do this and that if I don’t pay them.
