I had recently applied for a one card which I got with a limit of 1.8 lakh. They’re not letting me process any transactions on the card saying it’s out of ordinary. Customer care keeps saying wait for 15 days and make a smaller transaction after 15 days. What’s the point of having a card if they don’t let you use it for a desired transaction? On top of that inspite of repeated requests on call to customer care and on Twitter as well they’re not closing my credit card account and asking for money to close the account although they’ve declined all my transactions.
