I paid directly to the driver and ola money got also deducted. I raised complaint to Ola in December 1st week. They took long time and approved refund on 21st December. Till date, i have not received any in bank. I shared all payment screenshots and bank statements multiple times. Instead of paying me back, they torture me by calling and asking me to make payment.
It has been nearly 2 months now and close to 50 email follow-ups. Annoying experience from Ola. Please make Ola to refund immediately. Thanks.
