Text of Complaint by Jennifer Revilla:

Loan is loan pero hindi naman po tama siguro na pag overdue ka na ng 5 days, ipapahiya ka na nila. I have received numerous harassing messages, coercing me to pay kahit na nakiusap ako since ang sabi sa mga apps nila ay 80, 85 or 91 days. Pero kailangan ibalik agad within 7 days kasi discounted na daw. Nakipag coordinate ako pero kailangan daw pumayag sila. Tapos maninigaw sila. They will bombarded you text messages, ginawan pa ako ng kwento sa company ko na binigyan daw nila ako ng 1M downpayment sa car! They even posted sa comment section ng company FB page namin with a caption na Magnanakaw ako, Wanted Scammer.

This is worse than hell! Pagkatapos nila akong ipahiya they have the audacity na maningil? This is unbearable. I am losing my family members, kasi nag contact sila.

And there’s one OLA telling me na kahit nakipag coordinate ako sa kanila pag hindi ako magbayad, they will contact my company, friends and relatives. Mali ko lang hindi ko na record. But I have other recordings na talagang nagmumura sila. For now I’m going to post itong message nila na pinadala sa company phone number namin. Marami pa akong evidences and I will not slip this away. I will really seek justice. Kasi talagang hindi lang malakas ang loob ko dahil sa anak ko, this depression, anxiety and the shameful and illegal acts ng mga ginagawa ng mga LOAN SHARKS na ito, iisipin talaga ng tao na mag suicide eh.
