I booked an Ola auto from my house to a certain place. The auto driver confirmed the ride and did not come for pick. We waited for more than 30 mins but he did not come. At the same time I tried to call the driver but he did pick up his phone. I tried him again and again but he refused to answer the call. After sometime I called him once again and told him to cancel the ride since he did not come. He told that he did not confirm the ride and he also gave me an excuse stating that there might be a network problem which was totally a bluff. He cut the call all of a sudden and did not even respond after. I have attached the necessary photos below please check and verify. Thank you.
