Hello,

This is Ramya Selvaraj. I have been using Vodafone postpaid number (9176683441) since 2009. I want to change it to prepaid number so, I have requested for the same on May 25th in sugam branch Coimbatore, her name is Ragasudha. But my number was Chennai circle so she said it will take 7 days to get changed I accepted and received the new sim. After 5 days postpaid number got deactivated and I changed the new sim card.
I was not able to receive any calls for the number but was able to make outgoing call. So again I have visited the store on June 1st then I got to know that this process was not supposed to be done here. Again she said it should be deactivated in Chennai circle and then again it should get activated in Tamilnadu circle.

I have received the new sim again. Till the was number was not activated. Yesterday I have called nodal office number in Coimbatore. There is no response from them aswell.

This number is registered in all my bank account and also other government related activity. I am facing terrible problem because of this.

Now I was not even able to change my network. I will approach consumer court if it is not getting activated by Monday.
