I have a Tata Sky DTH connection. However the antenna has been broken since long time. I gave them the first complain to repair it on 21st of May. They promise customers that all issue will be solved between 48 to 72 hours. However, no service is provided even after my repeated call.
Even in between they close my complain and send some bill in my register mobile no. These people are cheating people in the name of providing good service. A strong action should be taken against TATASKY so that they do not cheat other customers.
