I ordered a few items from amazon & the quality of some of these items was really bad. I wish to return these clothes but it says that the return window is closed. I talked to customer executives regarding it. Mr. Kanav & Mr. Lakshay from Amazon. They said that they could raise an exception but when I mentioned that other shopping sites have better return policy as compared to Amazon, they got offended & asked me to shop from those websites only and straightway refused to return my items. This is not done. Return window closed 12 hours ago only, theres no way that it couldnt be extended. I wish to get refunded or return these items as I can’t keep these with me. The quality is super bad.
