Text of Complaint by Anil Kumar:

I made 3 nos. of different train tickets in the month of May,2017 and the be refund amount has not been credited back to my debit card/ source of payment. 

 

 

 

 

1. PNR-2712724131 trn-12040,

2. PNR-2712417085 trn-12033

3. PNR-2331546881 trn-12451

All above 3 tickets were cancelled but refund is awaited till date. I am working in northern railway and reside at Delhi. I approached to Northern Railway’s Claims Officer, where I told to contact with PayTM officials or to Lodge complaint on PayTM itself.

I am, therefore, requesting you to please look into matter and refund my money at the earliest otherwise I’ll have to approach to the Consumer Forum against PayTM and IRCTC.
