Text of Complaint by Prerna:

I had book the ticket on 30.12.2023 PNR 1615248 from Karnal by pass (Delhi) to Zirakpur (Chandigarh).
My pickup time was 18:25 but I had received a sms from neugo for the New pickup time 18:55 and passenger reached the location at 18:40, 15 minutes prior to the New pickup time.
But we haven’t received any call and notification from the bus operater.
And after that we contact the CC team for the contact details of your operater and your bus operater Mr Bilal (098992 41557) confirmed that bus already pass out the location at 16:35 you take the refund online.

My concern is that why the bus pass the location 15 minutes prior to the schedule time.
Why bus operater not contact the passenger.
When I received the refund
What action you taken in this case for bus operater.

I talked one of your supervisor/floor manager Mr Suhash on call (CC)and he confirmed over the call that I will get the refund in 5-7 Days also Nuego take the action against the bus operater.

Kindly acknowledge my email on urgent basis and also I need clarifications on each above questions.
