My name is Prashant makani.
My contact number is 9327812478.
In my account there is a gift card of rs3248 available.
I want to buy RAM for a laptop using that gift card amount.
Everytime i order anything from flipkart it gets cancelled immediately, first it shows the order placed successfully and then the very next second it gets cancelled.
I reached the flipkart support team more then 50 times through calls in the last 2 months.
Every Time new help agent accepts the call and I have to explain to them what my issue is.
They say there is no issue in your account, just clear the data and cache of the app or the website then your issue will be resolved.
I cleared my flipkart app data, changed the delivery address, changed the product category, changed the device (my laptop, friends phone, friends laptop, friends tablet) but still i am not able to order anything.
Your support team sends my issue details to the next further team and say they will contact you via call or email to solve your issue but no one contacted me back ever. Every time my issue gets marked as resolved and then I again try to order and it again gets rejected.
If there is no issue then why am I not able to order anything?
It clearly says your back end team is not properly identifying my issue or they are just making fun of me or they are just taking free salary for sitting on their chair and resting.

My gift card is worth less as I can not order what I desire to buy.
