Not Getting Exchange of my product – Cello Oplaware

Text of Complaint by Rohit Amarnath Shukla:

I have ordered cello oplaware dinner set on 27th October 2021 order number for the same is Order# 408-4874501-9811500. When i received the product the plates inside it was broken/Damaged. Hence i request for Exchange of product immediately and clearly wrote in the caption that the dinner se which i have got is Damaged/Defective. The delivery of exchange product was suppose to happen on 29th October 2021. I was in office and delivery executive has come in afternoon with the product, however he refuse to deliver the product because it was Exchange of old product which was defective. He then called me and informed that he is going to do delivery in near buy are and have request me to call on Amazon Customer service and inform them to send the mail. I have called the customer Care Executive and requested him to send the mail and he did that. again after that i call delivery executive he was sure that he will deliver my product by end of the day which was a false promise. At evening 8.30 i reached home and saw my product was not delivered and in fact while login to amazon app i saw my product was cancelled from your end (Amazon). immediately i called customer call center and Mr. Shyam was has picked up the phone, After checking all details he informed that the delivery boy have cancelled my product from their end. Post that from shyam i have asked for solution, he informed that now u cannot exchange the product as your limit is over and now only option is that you will get refund. now tell me where is my mistake and also post that informed that i want to speak with your senior. He than transferred it to Mr. Vikas, he was also not very helpful and was saying the same option which Mr. Shyam was giving. In fact i informed him i want to speak with your senior he informed that my seniors are busy and request me that please cut the phone and i will call me backin 10 mins . Its till today i.e. 30th October 2021 12.00 noon i have not received call from Mr vikas. Again post 12.00 noon i call customer call center on lady Ms. Heena has recived the call i agan shared the brief in full details and there was no satisfactory answer she then transferred it to Ms. Milka she was the last in line manager to provide me solution but as usual she dint helped and only gave her solution. i asked for official mail from her that from whose end this problem is created and what is the solution. She refused to send the same.

Firstly i would like to know where is my fault in it??????????
Also second time there is exchange not possible, if mistake was mine i would have accepted the same and asked for refund. but the mistake is of Amazon and why i will bear for the same.
Really very pathetic service from Amazon, i have experienced for the first time. You were my favourite E business player who use to provide best service.
