I have to purchaser some good where i have to make payment through ‘ paytm ‘ . i transferred the amount of Rs. 530 from my bank account to paytm. During transfer they didnt ask about KYC. Now when i want to pay money to vendor for the purchase , paytm is not allowing by saying that complete your KYC. When i am updating my KYC that is also not accepted saying currently KYC update is closed…….. My grievance and complain is ” if they cannot transfer money without KYC update than Why they have accepted money in their account without My KYC update ” Paytm should return the money to my bank account. I m sharing my transfer details :- Rs, 530 was transferred to paytm transaction id 831513000 / order no generated by Paytm 6503636529. My total Balance in paytm is Rs. 600/- .

Filed complaint on consumer forum still no updates from there
