Text of Complaint by Sunil Gopal:

Hi, I’m a vodafone customer for more than 10 years. I visited vodafone centre Ambattur o  21st Jan, asking them to change my postpaid connection to prepaid. One of the staffs in the centre told me that the link isn’t working and asked me to come during the first week of feb, when I asked them, why would I pay one month bill, the lady staff said the rent will be prorated. As per their advise,  I visited during the 1st week of feb, this time the guy who attended me, straightaway told me to come on 21st feb saying my bill date is on 21st every month. Again, when I asked them about the bill, they said they will waive off the bill amount. However, when I visited today, they refused to wave off the bill, more over when asked them why was I given false promise, they asked me to go out of the showroom stating no service will be done for me. I was so disappointed with the way i was treated and they comit false promises just to get rid of the customer. Finally, I had to pay 565 to get my postpaid connection converted to prepaid. I would like to register a complaint and a severe action taken against the staff in Ambattur vodafone showroom in chennai. My nu.ber is 9884299552.
