My flipkart account is showing as blocked and I’m facing a lot of issues because of that.
I have booked 10 flight tickets through Flipkart and I don’t have any details of those flights. My journey date is October 1, i.e. 10 days from today. I want to reschedule 2 flights. I contacted Flipkart flights, but they also said that they can’t do it since the account is blocked.
I have been requesting customer support to unblock my account since August 3rd. I have made about 100 phone calls and I have written about 50 emails. Since it was not working, I sent a letter through courier to Flipkart headquarters. Even that didn’t work, then on September 12th, I personally went all the way to Bengaluru from Coimbatore inorder to resolve my issue. Then I got a call from Ms. Neha who said that my account will be unblocked within 24 to 48 hours. But still it didn’t happen.
Then after repeated followups, I receive an email telling that the request has been cancelled. I don’t understand why. Even my emails seem to be blocked by the systems! I have tried to reply to the emails from my registered account, but I get an automated response telling “Sorry, the email ID email@example.com is no longer in use. Please visit our Help Centre here to get quick answers to your questions or to contact us.” If I contact the customer care over phone, they say that backend team will resolve my issue who are available over mail only and the above happens!!!
