This mail was just to bring to your notice that an unexpected thing i faced today , may be others are also facing, i have claimed gst on the time of purchasing a vivo v 11 pro from paytm
It is requested to look after this matter in urgency . I will raise it on consumer pannel also. I want an immediate solution for that because i have only 7 days to get the phone refunded.
Sir if it was not in your terms to claim gst then why that gst column is there to feed details.
If it was unclaimable then just have it in notes, i will refund my asset within the time limit given by you.
It is hereby requested you to please get immidiate revert

Either i want redund fully or i want gst amount rs 26000*12/100= 3120
For you may be its immaterial amount but everybody in business have financial hardships , but the point is there is an issue with payment mechanism while proceeding to payment the gst was auto cancelled.
Attachment of bill and screenshots of the gstin column enclosed. But the same was not the bill.
