Text of Complaint by Chandramanshu Singh:

I have not been able to access my internet services since 17th May 2019. I registered a complaint via calling to customer care and they ensured me to resolve the problem by 22nd May 2019. One phone call came on 21st May around 6 PM and they only asked the problem and location but didn’t resolve the issue and arbitrarily closed the complaints saying that problem has been resolved. I again called customer care to tell that problem has not yet been resolved and they again register a complaint and told me to wait till 27th May 6 PM. Till now not a single call has come. I have recharged my phone with Rs 169 pack valid for 28 days which give data of 1 GB per day. My data pack will be expired on 1st June 2019. Also I want to tell you that I haven’t used any data from 17th May till today. So I request you to kindly look into the matter.
