Text of Complaint by Suvra Kanta Roy:

Hi,

This is a request to help resolve a disconnection in service of Airtel D2H service in Bhubaneswar from 26/04/2019 post cycloan Fani. It is to be noted that even after one month of the event, the connection hasn’t been restored while charging continuously for the service and having charged Rs. 2200 towards installation which the company has no intent to return.

Please be aware that complaints in every form including going to the Airtel outlet, making formal online complaint and sending escalation emails have been done without no one attending the issue. The owner of the connection is my 72 year old Father Mr, Amal Kumar Roy who has no other source of entertainment and has been harassed continuously with blank automated calls from Airtel reassuring service in 24 hours 5-6 times.

Email chains can be provided to confirm the apathy in terms of service and with no specific response for the demand of returning installation charges back as this was installed within one month of facing the issue.

Kindly help and let me know if any further details are necessary.
