I bought a watch (Titan) through Amazon but the watch I got had different colour dial & strap. I returned(picked up on 31/8/21) citing the details of issue and asked for refund. I have called them many times to know about refund. Since then no information has been given by Amazon about when they receive the watch. After numerous calls to customer care, their customer executive informed me that they received the fake products. They never mailed me or called me about receiving wrong product. Still they are only informing me about “bad return ” On phone but not in written mail.
I am requesting you to please look into the matter & make avail my refund.
