Hi,
1. I am Durgesh the prime member of Amazon and have been valued customer of Amazon since long. But now it seems that guys hve lost ethics of business and started making customers fool. I will highlight my issue for speedy redressal here.
2. I had purchased one badminton racquet Li-Ning Airforce 77 G2 as per description mentioned on the app on 30 Sep 22. But to my surprise wrong item was delivered and it was Li-Ning air force 80 G2, I initially thought for replacement but sensing the seller is gonna deliver the same item as i found there was a discrepancy on the Amazon app’s description and the image of the item. Screen shot is attached for ready reference.
3. I had then requested for refund which was agreed to and initially pick of the item was scheduled on 08th oct 22, but no body turned up to pick the item, i then gave a call to customer care, and then date of return of the item was once again rescheduled on 16th oct 22, item was picked up on 16oct 22.
4. After approx five days when I didn’t receive the refund, i contacted customer care and once again i was told that refund has not been issued reason could not be quoted but a mistake from their side was the reply. I assured that refund will be credited by 28 Oct 22.
5. Today ie 28 Oct 22, i called again to customer care where to my surprise once again i come to know that now my refunf has not been processed and now i have to wait again for my refund which will come in another 4 to 5 days, making me fool comfortably. I am lost of words now and mentally exhausted and tortured by Amazon.
6. Request to take suitable action against the firm.
